The Melba Highway, Yarra Glen is closed to traffic in both directions between Healesville-Yarra Glen Road and MacIntyre Lane following a truck rollover.
Motorists are advised to use the Maroondah Highway to avoid the closure, and allow extra time for their journey.
The scene is under the control of Victoria Police. The Melba Highway will open when investigations are complete and it is safe to do so.
