House engulfed by fire in Monbulk

CFA crews responded to reports of a house fire on Coulson Road, Monbulk at around 4.40am on 23 September.

12 CFA units from Monbulk, Silvan, Kallista, Emerald, Bayswater and Yellingbo attended the scene, with support from Victoria Police and Ambulance Victoria paramedics.

Crews arrived to find a single storey home fully involved by fire, which has caused severe damage to the structure.

All occupants safely escaped the blaze and were accounted for by CFA members.

The scene was declared safe at around 7.10am but crews remained on scene for some time blacking out to ensure no further flare ups occurred.
