Early morning house fire in Belgrave

Vehicles from CFA and FRV responded to a house fire just after 3am on Monbulk Road, Belgrave, near Leslie Street and Wedgewood Avenue.

15 vehicles attended the fire in the early hours of Wednesday 16 March, with CFA and FRV crews getting the fire under control by 4.30am.

Ambulance Victoria responded to the incident around 3.25am. Paramedics assessed four people at the scene, while a man in his 20s was transported to the Angliss Hospital in a stable condition with upper-body injuries.

CFA said the fire will be investigated.
