Trains have resumed on the Belgrave Line between Upper Ferntree Gully and Belgrave stations after crews cleared a fallen tree from the tracks near Tecoma Station.
The Department of Transport earlier advised buses would be replacing trains between the stations due to the fallen tree.
Passengers are asked to allow extra time for their journey as trains get back into position.
