Knox City Council is hosting the session which will run from 7pm to 8.30pm.
The Knox’s Sporting Club Mental Health Awareness Program was developed to respond to needs caused by the pandemic and aims to “provide support and education surrounding mental health through local sporting clubs within the Knox community.”
Delivered by Leisure Netowrok the session will cover the connection between community sport and mental health, how to build a supportive club culture, how to look after yourself and others, and who, where and when to reach out for help.
