Tormore Reserve set to be transformed

Tormore Reserve has been allocated funding from both the federal and state government to improve the facilities. Pictures: supplied.

Tormore Reserve pavilion in Boronia is set to undergo a transformation that will breathe new life into the beloved sporting facility.

The existing Masterplan, adopted by Council in 2016, will see a significant revamp of the pavilion, making it a modern and inclusive hub for sports and community activities.

The current pavilion, constructed in 1976, is now deemed inadequate to meet the needs of the growing community.

With limited facilities, a major overhaul was in order.

The proposed pavilion is set to elevate the reserve to a facility that caters to the diverse needs of the sporting clubs and the wider community, and we want to ensure we’ve got it right.

Alternatively, you’re invited to attend one of our drop-in sessions held at the reserve on Tuesday 12 September from 5:30pm to 6:00pm
