Young people invited to Youth Advocacy Training workshop in Knox

Young people are invited to take part in a Youth Advocacy Training workshop on Tuesday 26 September.

This workshop run by YACVIC facilitators is for young people 12 – 25 years who live, work, study or have a connection to Knox. It is to inform and inspire young people to create change on issues they are passionate about.

Topics to be covered include advocacy, decision making & leadership, overcoming barriers, stakeholders and community engagement, your advocacy and the next steps.

The workshop will be held from 10am to 1pm on Tuesday 26 September at the Knox Civic Centre, 511 Burwood Hwy, Wantirna South.
