A young teen girl has been reported missing in Upper Ferntree Gully.
15 year old Chloe was last seen in Upper Ferntree Gully at 7.30pm on Wed 13 November.
Police and family have concerns for her welfare due to a medical condition.
She was last seen wearing a black hoodie, black track pants and black shoes with red soles.
Chloe may have been seen at a supermarket on the Burwood Highway about 8pm.
She is known to travel on public transport in the Ferntree Gully and Knox areas.
