Police have arrested two people and uncovered a number of illegal drugs in Belgrave and Upwey on Tuesday 19 August.
Belgrave Police members arrested one male and one under age female yesterday for trafficking drugs.
They executed two separate search warrants at Columbo Road, Belgrave and Glenfern Rd, Upwey.
Officers found a varied amount of drugs at the residences which included around 94g ecstasy, 70g cannabis and lesser amounts of Dexamphetamine, MDMA, Methylamphetamine, Diazepam, Alprazolam, Clonazepam, Mushrooms and Ketamine.
Nearly 17,000 dollars in cash was also found at the house.
The female person was charged and bailed to appear at the Melbourne Children’s Court at a later date.
The male was was held overnight to attend the Ringwood Magistrates court.
