Police are seeking public assistance to help locate Ellen, who has been reported missing.
Ellen was last seen on Monday, 15 September at an address in Boronia and is believed to be using public transport to get around.
She is described as Caucasian, with a fair complexion, long dyed black hair, and was last seen wearing grey track pants, pink slippers, and a hoodie.
