NEW charges have been laid against three of the four brothers who are accused of gang raping a 14-year-old girl in Geelong on 1 November, 2015.
Kevin Andrew Wild, 29, from Olinda, and Allan Mark Wild, 30, from Mount Evelyn faced a closed Melbourne Magistrates’ Court session with brother Brodie Mark Wild, 21, on Monday 6 June.
The court was closed to the public as an underage witness gave evidence during the first part of the men’s committal hearing.
Kevin Wild now faces 16 charges with Brodie and Allan Wild facing 11 charges each; the charges the men face include abduction and multiple counts of rape.
Police allege the young woman was raped in two locations after being abducted from St Albans Park in Geelong in the early hours of the morning.
The fourth brother, Rowan Wild, had all charges against him dropped in February.
The three brothers accused of the gang rape remain on bail while their hearing continues.
