Mount Evelyn reserve consultation planned

YARRA Ranges Shire will tomorrow – Saturday 10 December – hold a consultation session regarding the future of the Mount Evelyn Recreation reserve.
Staff from the shire’s ‘Recreation and Active Living Team’ will be at the Mount Evelyn Recreation Reserve from 9.30am to 11.30am to discuss the draft master plan.
Council has recently undertaken a review of the Mount Evelyn Recreation Reserve Master Plan.
The draft document includes a summary of issues and makes recommendations for the future use and enhancement of facilities at the reserve.
The draft Master Plan was prepared in response to issues emerging from a community engagement process hosted over the last year.
Submissions can also be made through the ‘Have Your Say’ page on the shire’s website – www.yarraranges.vic.gov.au – until Tuesday, 31 January.
