Lotto win ‘a beautiful thing’

A Mount Dandenong man received the perfect antidote to a “bit of a rough time” – a $200,000 lotto win.

He won first prize in the Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot draw on 19 November.

“I’m ready for some good news,” the man laughed, before a Tatts official revealed his win.

The man, who wanted to remain anonymous, told the official he loved them and said the win was amazing.

“You have no idea how wonderful this is. I’ve had a bit of a rough time lately, but this is just a beautiful thing,” he said.

“This is the light at the end of the tunnel.”

His head was swimming with idea on how to spend the windfall.

“At this stage, I can’t even think! I’ll have to really sit down and think about it,” he said.

“This has just turned my whole week around.”
