Yarra Ranges Council has approved final changes on a planning permit application for a retail and residential premises on Monbulk’s main road.
The block in Monbulk has been approved by the Council to amend the location of the parking spaces to match the subdivision plan and reduce the number of car parking spaces to four on 19 January this year.
The application was decided by the Council after being lodged on 20 September 2023, no building or works changed as a result of the amendment.
The application was for the development of the land for retail premises and accommodation in the form of apartments.
A reduction in the car parking and bicycle rates, subdivision and removal of carriageway easement have also been approved with the application.
